🎫 What is the Youth Cultural Bonus and how do I use it at K-BOO?

The Youth Cultural Bonus is a direct €400 grant awarded by the Spanish Government to young people turning 18 this year, to promote access to cultural products, services, and activities.

✅ Who can apply for the Cultural Bonus?

It can be requested by all persons who:

• They will have turned 18 by 2025 .

• Have Spanish nationality or legal residence in Spain.

• Submit your application within the official deadline at: www.bonoculturajoven.gob.es

🛒 What products can you buy with the Cultural Voucher at K-BOO?

📲 How to place your order with the Cultural Voucher?

1. Visit our website k-boo.es or tell us the product you are interested in even if it is not listed .

2. Write to us at:

3. Tell us:

   • Product name

   • Version (e.g. Standard, Limited...)

   • Product image (optional, but recommended)

💳 How is payment made?

• If the product is in stock , we will respond within 24 business hours .

• You will receive two payment links:

  1. ✅ One through the Cultural Voucher system, for the amount of the product.

  2. 🚚 Another to pay for shipping separately, since the voucher does not cover shipping costs .

🧾 And the bill?

• Once we receive your voucher payment, we will generate and send you the invoice.

• ⏳Uploading the ticket to the voucher system may take up to 24 business hours if the voucher system allows it.

• In case of weekend or holiday , it may take a little longer.

• It only covers physical cultural products (not merchandising or logistics costs).

• Shipping is not covered and must be paid separately.

• Each purchase must be registered and officially validated before shipping.

• Uploading the invoice to the voucher system may depend on the technical availability of the platform.
